Tim McMullen is an entrepreneur at heart. Along with being a high-end luxury real estate agent, he’s also a growth and client acquisition strategist with contracts in luxury clothing/retail and boutique gym industries, as well as holding the position of digital marketing manager for the largest real estate syndicate on social media.

In 2018, Tim listed a $17M penthouse in Melbourne, Australia for billionaire client Anthony Podesta on the back of a proprietary hyper-targeting strategy of HNW buyers from China and Southern Asian hubs.

In 2019, Tim was scouted to sell The Four Seasons Private Residences, San Francisco, listing $1.2B worth of condominiums across 146 individual residences. After being on a team that successfully negotiated a sale at $3,000 per foot and $18M worth of sales in a single week, his attention quickly shifted to the growing traction of his media platform, Condo Weekly, and creating something more meaningful than sales alone, aiming to be the first platform to leverage Virtual Reality to sell luxury condominiums.

In fact, Tim is using tech to help revolutionize the way real estate transactions and business methodology take place. He uses all of his knowledge, experience, and skills to make sure his clients know he leaves no stone unturned to go above and beyond for them. He brings the same focus and tenacity to his career in real estate that he brought to his time as a Pac-12 footballer.
